It's a worksite on the corner of Stafford and Heard Streets, next to Christo's. No sign was in evidence to explain what's going on there, but it's definitely a prime commercial site...There were two very large backhoes, a bulldozer, and a flatbed loaded with huge concrete pipes, all working like mad at 7:30 a.m. today. So, whatever's going in there, they appear to be in a hurry.
