Another New Bump?

Over at the Bus station exit this afternoon, I hurriedly snapped a shot of what looked like a bona-fide Bump Installation Crew doing some sort of work.

It might be related to the underground infrastructure work being done to Washington Square, but who knows?

I sure don't!

All I get are traffic delays, and then when the work is done, it's just another bump in the road.

Of course, we DO have to keep up our standing as the having the bumpiest streets in the physical universe. So, the work continues every day, and far be it for me to say that it isn't gonna be real nice when all the work is finally done.
