This one may well be a false alarm... I'm not sure yet if this is an actual Bump Installation Crew or not.As I drove past this morning, it looked like they might have only carved out the embed grooves for a traffic light trip-switch.
Both outbound lanes were closed on this, the very street that has been re-named to honor Martin Luther King.
