Back on the 9th, I posted about spotting the insertion of some myterious tubing into the street, and today I saw that they had worked their way to the other side of the intersection.

What are they actually doing?

I grabbed this shot of what appeared to be some sort of insertion sleeve in situ as I drove past.

I wonder how long this work will take?

I wonder if this is just a test...

I wonder what's under the street...
