Edgemere Diner

David Kupstas, a Worcester resident, will be reviving the long dormant Edgemere Diner.

After a long hiatus wherein the town of Shrewsbury, which owns the property, attempted to get the biggest buck for the bang, the buyer's market has finally prevailed and an open bidding process landed offers from three bidders, Mr Kupstas apparently coming in with the best offer.

Hopefully, the town's officials won't be coming up with any last minute bright ideas to squeeze more money out this, but simply make next month's awarding of the sale of the diner, lease of the land, and the license a mere formality.
