Emergency Spelunking Crew

Now that the Bump Installation season is over, the occasional Emergency Spelunking Crew can be seen from time to time.

This is at the intersection of Vernon Street and the distressway.

Right in front of the cab are the two or three massive steel plates covering the cave they explored earlier. You can see the man in the shadow behind the truck, waist deep in the hole they were exploring around 12:30 this afternoon.

You see these things, but you never know what they're really doing down there...
