Green Street Bridge - correction

Well ...I can definitely see today that it's not a city job like I blithely said in my post a couple days ago.

I came around that same corner today and saw not one, not two, not three, but four people working on the mural, and there was nobody standing around.

I snapped the picture and made sure it really showed what I saw, because I immediately felt guilty about calling this a city job.

Monday's picture was just bad timing on my part.

I wonder what the target date is for completion?
