Less Jail Time

Not that I knew the timing might be anything more than coincidental, my post three days ago concerning putting people in jail for victimless crimes was made as a response to the prospect of the "road rage" bill becoming law. Today, however, an article in today's paper does its best to assure us that no violent convicts are being released among the 126 that a court-ordered reduction of jail overcrowding has forced.
