Washington Square update

It looks like there's underground infrastructure work still going on at the beginning of Shrewsbury Street, and on the other side of the square where Front Street will someday emerge. Once that's finished, though, I should think they'd be getting into the ninth inning of this game.

As you can see from the pictures, it looks like the pitcher's mound in the middle is ready...
