Bus on a Hook

You don't see buses on tow trucks very often.

This one was already on the hook when I was driving by Union Station this afternoon around quarter of three.

I really wanted to stick around and see how difficult it was going to be for the tow truck to pull that bus around through the narrow passageway they've left for the exit during construction...

Of course, that would've been a problem since there was no place for me to park.

The driveway in front of the station is now completely inaccessible, unless you stop traffic in the rotary to back into it from the exit. And the parking garage isn't finished yet.

Meanwhile, it's tight enough for a bus that isn't broken down to get out of the Buh-Sport, so I would've enjoyed watching the tow truck maneuvering that bus out of the lot. And then, just to make things even more interesting, seeing how he managed to get it around the right angle turn into the rotary.

All things considered, though, I'm glad I got through there before he tried it.
