Whenever I go by here, I slow down and check it out.I wonder why they're still not open a month after their original target date?

This is Worcester.
Small, locally owned businesses have to go through all the processes... while all the big bucks out of town businessess get the royal treatment, tax breaks, and mass genuflections from City Hall.

This place has been going at a snails pace for a while now though. I remember reading somewhere that there was going to be a diner on this space years ago and I have been doing the same slowing down you have been everytime I drive by on Cambridge Street. For a while there was just the frame of the diner unattacthed to the building. I don't know that I would blame the city on this one.
