Whoops!

There's barely enough in the picture to see, but the cruiser's front is all bashed in and it was getting pulled onto the towtruck's hook when I snapped this shot.

This happened at the corner of Summer and Thomas Streets just before nine this morning. There was also a black SUV that, from what I could see, had its entire passenger side all scraped and dented... From the angle at which it landed on the VNA lawn, it leads me to theorize that they tried to take a left onto Thomas while the cruiser was coming the other way.

A definite whoops, even if it wasn't a police cruiser that had the right of way.
