Bump Installation Crew number three is over by the 100 block of Endicott Street this morning.It really is amazing how the installation of new bumps in Worcester's streets can move forward with such vigor while everything else takes a back seat. But we do have that unique place in the universe, and it does have to be defended.
...and it isn't even April yet.
