Cable Deal

I can't wait to find out what the City Manager has done, ...because, y'know... I'm poised in the crouching position, ready to pounce... Y'know what I mean? I'd very, VERY much like to get out of this position, stand up and relax. But the fate of our local community access station, WCCA-TV13 hangs in the balance.
