Not to be upstaged by the weekly paper, though, a tangentially related article in Worcester's daily paper today has the oddest quote I've read in at least a week. To wit: Mr. Moore said the buffer zone would stop at I-290 in those areas because “the secondary criminal effects of adult entertainment” are not likely to move across a limited access highway.
