Light at the End of the Tunnel

When I saw this article, I thought how great this marketing gimmick would be for Worcester. I'm sure WRTA could spare a bus or two at full market charter prices, too.

Really.

This is what a bear market is all about, folks. You BUY when prices are low. We can say that the real estate market may not have bottomed out yet, but the market on foreclosed properties is beginning to ramp up. Over the next year, both investors and people in a decent position to buy a home will have an increasing opportunity for insane deals.

You don't get this kind of clearly foreseeable opportunity but once in a lifetime.
