My cellphone camera handling seems to be getting worse these days...
I took over a dozen pictures today, none of which are blogworthy. The one picture I am going to post is the only one that even came close...
That blurry figure on the left is David Rushford, Worcester's City Clerk. He was walking quite briskly along Front Street this morning at 11 o'clock, and so I rolled down my window as I drove by and yelled out, "Hi David!"
He smiled and waved, and I clicked...
The trouble with the cellphone camera is that I only get that one chance to capture the image, and if it's a "drive by" then aiming is not done while looking at the image on the screen... it's done while keeping most of my attention on what's in front of me.
I really did want to get a good picture of David Rushford out there on the street, though. He performed the marriage ceremony when Kathy and I got married. We got married in the City Council Chamber after a whirlwind three and a half month courtship. We'll be celebrating our eighteenth anniversary this August
David Rushford does marriage ceremonies that really work.

Interesting. Should priests and JP's post their success ratings? "Yeah, you may want to have Father Flaherty marry you. He's been batting a .53 this year."
