Back in February, I posted a pic of the aftermath of a flood on Main Street. This afternoon on the way home from work, I thought I'd take another pic...
As you can see, it's in exactly the same condition it was in two months ago.
Maybe this flood qualified for federal disaster relief?
It would explain why nothing's changed...

I think it might have to do with the neighborhood!
Although you would think they would want to fix a situation like this that is on MAIN St!!
