B.I.C. 8, cont'd

Okay, ...now they're making a career out of this one at the beginning of Grafton Street.

The hole that started in the middle of the intersection at Franklin Street has now moved its way several car-lengths, back toward Washington Square. I'll assume that these guys are installing those sections of white pipe as they go along...

Maybe they're putting in a pipeline to KJ Barrons for the wine spigot that'll be used for all the festivities when the new concrete steamboat is finished?

We've already gone through having this same area dug up over and over again during the whole Washington Square project, as well as prior to the start of the concrete riverboat project. Ya really gotta wonder how many times they're gonna dig up the beginning of Grafton Street before they will finally decide they're done.

So much for planning...
