B.I.C. 8, week three

Gee, maybe they really are going to work this one all the way into the square.

This Bump Installation Crew started three weeks ago at the intersection of Grafton and Franklin. After about a week, it looked like they were done (for a weekend), but then they dug another hole and have been working their way along, getting halfway to Washington Square last week.

There might be enough room down there now for a card table and some chairs...
