B.I.C. 8, chapter 5

I''d call this "B.I.C. 8, the movie" but it's beginning to look like something absolutely incredible has happened here, and even though I have a short video clip of it here, there may be an additional chapter or two that will follow, along with a documentary film...

It appears that one of the bumpiest sections of Grafton Street has been made LESS BUMPY with the patching they're doing at this worksite!

This is truly one of the more ironic Bump Installations I've ever seen. To be sure, the patching they've done is bumpy. However, the prior road surface was so pockmarked, so degraded and full of holes, that the patch is actually better...
