In today's Regional Digest in the T&G, one of Claire Schaeffer-Duffy's co-defendants is quoted thus, “The Nuremberg accords state that individuals have a duty to prevent crimes against humanity,” Mr. Laffin told the court, “and that if people don’t act to prevent such, they are actually complicit in them. We who are on trial today, along with many friends, refuse to be complicit in them.”
