(Dysfunctional) DSS
I really don't like finding out that my Massachusetts state income taxes are being spent to pay DSS employees to harass people. There is plenty of outrage to be found in this state over the idiocy, incompetence, and outright ignorance demonstrated by sociopathic employees working in the Massachusetts Department of Social Services.
