Homemade Electric Car

Here's a resourceful guy. There's probably one or two in every town.

I seem to recall that Tony Ascrizzi had been doing this sort of thing before a dump truck smashed into his house a couple of years ago. Building up electric cars and having a dump trucks smash into your house, however, are totally unrelated occurences.
