MLK Blvd

I went downtown just before 9 am this morning, just to see if the new street sign had gone up for what was, until midnight last night, Central Street.

But there were no signs at all. There was no sign anywhere to tell what the name of that street was at nine o'clock.

I took another trip down there just now, and there's still nothing to indicate what the name of the street is, as of noon.

The re-naming of Central Street is probably one of the more noteworthy of the completely pointless and unimportant decisions that the Worcester City Council has ever made, and so I'm really excited about it...

And there's only ONE building on that street which calls its address for the street, and they've petitioned against it!

Really.

It just doesn't get any more banal and unproductive than this!
