Nice of the T&G to shed some light on the current "process" our City Dictator is engaging in with WCCA-TV13.
Here's the quote of the year: “Once this review has concluded, I will be fully prepared to negotiate a new contract with WCCA,” Mr. O’Brien recently said.
All I get out of that is a parody of John Paul Jones in all of this... where, after exhaustive work and reportage to the city by WCCA on this upcoming contract over the past three and a half years, the City Dictator merely utters, "...I have not yet begun to negotiate."

In Mechanics hall there is a painting of Washington. He is standing next to his horse. The Horse's ass is the brightest thing in the picture.
That reminds me of the city manager. It took less time for the city to settle a contract with Charter the cable company. The city's position that it has to "negotiate" is a red flag in itself. What is there to negotiate? How much less the city can fund an institution which has served and benefited the people of Worcester for the past 22 years? How much pressure it apply to quiet community voices, dissenting voices? Is WCCA supposed to succeed to the city manager's plan to steal their funds to make city hall even more fascist in nature? I have two videos on my site this week one with Frank Zappa on Cross Fire. The story of censorship is still an issue in Worcester after all these years it seems.
