Disaster in Massachusetts
From the outside looking in, our mandatory healthcare system here in Massachusetts looks like an unmitigated disaster and clearly headed into much worse than that, given the current economic outlook.

The disaster was foreseeable and if Obama follows a similar plan on a national level it will have worse results. Single payer healthcare where the government acts as the payer, similar to Medicare, is the only way to go. Insurance companies only make money by denying claims, they aren't in the business of curing disease, their in the business of maximizing profits.
