stART on the Street is TODAY

From 11 am through 5 pm today, Park Avenue in Worcester, MA will be closed down between Pleasant Street and Highland Street for the annual stART on the Street event.

Be there, or remain unaware!

Update(5pm): I went early, and stayed until around 1pm. GREAT event this year, with lots of great artists, crafters, and musicians!

We saw Bret Herholtz, Brian Nelson, Troy Tyree, Bob Aiello, Hank Stolz, Mauro Depasquale, and Harry & Gina Tembenis, among several other friends and neighbors today. If you didn't make it, you missed the season's best annual event!

Here's some video of today's activities:

A good time had by all ... the Mrs. had a great time ... I unfortunately fall into the Homer Simpson school of thinking ... "Less Artsy, More Fartsy" ... i.e. foods !!!

Just kidding. Beautiful day for a street festival!

Jeff, thought you'd appreciate: a couple was getting married at Blessed Sacrament at 1:30 and apparently did not know that the major route to the church was closed for the block preceeding...they still had people walking in at 2!

Great time, and beautiful weather!
