Insomnia

I almost fell asleep while reading about this insomnia cure that doesn't use drugs. But it does have a couple of tips that I've always employed. One is to always get up at the same time every day, even on days off. The other one is don't lie there in bed, wide awake. Get up and do something, instead.

Really, though, the most interesting thing about the article is that it's all about a counseling program you can get at Memorial Hospital, right here in Worcester.
