Pinched Lane

I spotted this work crew at the bottom of Norfolk Street this afternoon.

They had dug a big hole on the side of road, and another one just off the road beside it.

This winter's hole digging activity has really been more like a marathon.

I can't remember a winter when I saw so much digging in the streets...
