The guy in the heavy orange winter gear, sitting behind the orange barrel, was working on the wiring for the new traffic lights at Trumble Square this afternoon.
Ever since I posted it, I've really come to like the wisecrack that a passenger came up with... That the new traffic lights have to be up and running before the Unum - CitySquare thing will be announced.
It's such a non-sequitur, it could actually be true!
