Gone too soon. Jeff will be missed more than I can express. Thank you for keeping us informed with your blog right to the end. Your last blog brings tears to my eyes every time I read it.
Rest in Peace, Jeff... welcome God's newest blogger...may God's love comfort Kathy, family and friends. Truly a gentleman in every way possible. Big loss for Worcester...
Kathy, Jeff was a good, honest and caring man who left the world a better place because of it. Even those of us who didn't always see eye to eye with him had to respect his sincerity and ability to motivate his readers to work for positive change. You've lost a dearly loved life partner and the rest of us have have lost an eloquent intellectual who called it as he saw it and gave us all worthwhile things to consider.I'm so sorry for your loss and wish you and your family only the very best ahead. Peace be with you.
His time with us was too short, but what he gave us all, we will have forever. What better legacy can a person leave than to be admired by those that never even met him? Jeff took us on a journey through Wormtown Taxi, and we are all better for it to have been along for the ride. Thanks Jeff, may you rest in peace.
Brendan said a couple of months ago that Jeff lived through all sorts of incarnations (in this life) that we hadn't experienced. (Some of which...well, some of us were just too young to experience.)
I think we're all glad that we at least experienced the blogger incarnation.
Kathy, I am incredibly sorry for your loss and you are in my prayers.

Dear Kathy and family. My sincere and deepest, heartfelt condolences for your loss. Jeff was very special to me as he was to many. I'll continue to cherish each short moment I had to chat with him especially to let him know how grateful I am to have had the honor of his friendship. Words simply can not express the sympathy I can offer you. He will never be forgotten and he will be in my prayers. May GOD bless his soul and your family +
Jeff was a great asset to the community and I will miss him greatly. Kathy, I wish you the best during this tremendously difficult time. We're all thinking of you.
Jeff accomplished so much in his life. I think Wormtown Taxi was his greatest achievement, but it was by no means his only one. Writer, musician, technologist and all around fun person to be with. He was like a brother to me and I mourn his loss and am excited that he is beginning his next venture, whatever that may be.
God rest Jeff , you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers as I type this . Thank you for all you've given to this city , and I'll see ya again someday on the other side.
Good bye my GREAT ham radio friend, I met Jeff on the airways when I was still in high school (24 years ago). Jeff, rest in peace my brother, you will suffer no more. I was the last person to talk with Jeff on 10 meters before the "radio gang" took his entire antennas down the other week. Thanks to Jeff, Kathy and the "gang" for letting me have his 10 meter antenna, now the antenna can touch Jeff in the sky forever.
Kathy, my sincere condolences to you. If you need anything just ask.
My brother Jeff lived a life jam-packed with many types of experiences - some wonderful, some very challenging. But in all my 59 years with him, I never knew him to be happier than his years with his wife Kathy. I can't think of a greater gift for him - I am so grateful that he had those years with her. She's just the best.
I am sorry I cannot come to the Grafton Inn this Thursday. It breaks my heart that I will not be there to hear all of you tell your stories about him. I loved him so much, and considered him one of my best friends ever... I am with you all in heart and soul.
I worked with Jeff at Worcester Red Cabas he was litteraly my right hand man in the office..a great person, a great co-worker , great listener but most of all a GREAT FRIEND....You will be missed Jeff

Jeff will be missed. A role model for a healthy critic of Worcester politics and the T&G.

Worcester has lost a great friend.
I never met the man, but from reading the blog every day, I feel like a close friend has died. I miss him terribly and I am very sad.
Wormtown will never be the same. This is a tremendous loss.

Worcester is a bit sadder and a bit darker today. Jeff was an inspiration and he will be missed.
Thanks, Jeff. I will miss you! Michelle
RIP Jeff, and my condolences to Kathy. We never did get that cuppa coffee in Grafton, but I considered Jeff a very dear cyber-friend.
