The USDA did mention this in their rundown of where it's been found in North America, so, while Canada may be keeping it quiet, the US isn't. I don't know much more than that, except I'm not sure that Toronto is that much closer to contiguous hardwood than we are. They would, I'd think, have more than enough reason to be concerned. After all, look at their flag!
